We exist to…

Multiply Families
of Missional Disciples
Locally & Globally.

So what does that mean, and how do we do it?

We do that LOCALLY through

GATHERINGS & GROUPS.

Gatherings

Gatherings are when we get the whole family together to worship and learn how to follow Jesus through His Word and through the guidance and work of the Holy Spirit. We gather on Sundays at 10am and Wednesdays for prayer & worship at 6pm.

When we talk about multiplying gatherings, we mean that we want to send out and plant other local churches that carry the heartbeat of God for the people in that area and for what God wants to do there. One of the ways we support that vision is to bring on Church Planters in Residence who are connected in our church family and have an affirmed calling to serve the local church in some capacity. This is a 2-year residency, after which time we hope to send a team of believers alongside the person/couple to help them launch a new work in another location.

Groups

FCC Groups consist of Connect Groups and Communities. They are groups of 3-15 people committed to meeting together on a regular basis. Our goal is to create environments centered around growing in Jesus, creating meaningful relationships, and acting on our faith by serving & loving the community around us. We keep it simple—love God…love people…have a good time doing it. The difference between Connect Groups and Communities is the level of commitment and accountability. Connect Groups have a lower bar of entry and are a great way to get involved in discipling relationships and environments quickly at FCC. And for those who want to dive into a more intentional process of spiritual formation over the long haul, we invite you to try out an FCC Community. To do so, you’ll have to complete our Community Course and agree to a Community Commitment.

How to Get Involved

Join us on a Sunday or Wednesday! You can also browse our Groups by clicking the button below, find one that fits, and request to join. It’s that simple! If you’d like to join a Community, just click the Communities option, and fill out the form. We’ll contact you from there. If you have any other questions, email us at info@fountaincity.org.

We do that GLOBALLY through

TRAINING & SENDING.

Fountain City Church Planter Residency

We host a 2-year residency for those who feel some calling to church plant and start new Kingdom works. This two years consists of a year of pioneering and/or serving in some area of ministry within Fountain City Church and being grown and cultivated as a leader in that environment. You’ll receive monthly 1-1 training with a pastor or leader and will grow in your character and competency as a planter and Christ-follower.

In Year Two, you will take part in a Residency Practicum, learning from local and global leaders and pioneers about topics like Spiritual Formation, Accountability, Teamwork, Self-Efficacy, Contextualization, etc. Each month residents are assigned work that corresponds to the lesson from that month, followed by a debrief with your Practicum Mentor. You will also be tasked with going on a Vision & Prayer Trip to pray through the where and what the Lord may be calling you to do as you leave the Residency.

+++We will be re-formatting the Residency through Fall 2025 and won’t take any new applicants until then.

Hawaii Leadership Residency

In partnership with our friends at Genesis Collective, the HLR is a 3-month immersion for 18-24 years olds into community life, as they learn more about the Lord and grow in service and mission on the beautiful islands of Hawaii.
